+ How do I track the package ?
After the order gets shipped, tracking information gets uploaded to
Order Tracking
page within one business day. You will need to call the carrier with the tracking number and determine the location of
your package. Once the carrier picked up the package, travel time is out of our control. If you suspect that the package
was lost or delivered to the wrong address, please read
"I am missing a part of my order"
section to fill out a special form.
+ Will everything that I ordered ship together ?
Not necessarily. In order to provide the fastest (on time) service we may ship products from different warehouses.
Sometimes the products are available in one location, and not another. We try to coordinate the shipments so
that our customers get everything on time. There is no effect on customer's shipping charges. This is a part of our
customer satisfaction program.
If, for some reason, you need separate orders to be combined, or need all items shipped together, please email our Customer Service.
+ Can I pick up my order ?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this service at this time. This option is only available for local contracted
companies. All other orders must be shipped from the warehouse.
+ What does "Order In Progress" mean ?
"Order In progress" - means that the tracking number is not imported on the web site yet. It usually
takes one business day to process an order. The tracking number is posted on the web site the following business day.
+ Why is my order delayed ?
Please determine, whether your order has been shipped using the
Order Tracking page.
+ I am missing a part of my order
Products with different processing times are sometimes shipped separately based on when they
are ready to go. If something is missing from your package, make sure all items in your order were shipped at the
same time and in the same package. To do this, check your packing slip or invoice that came with the package.
If you find that an item missing is not listed on the packing slip/invoice, that means that you have received a partial order, and the rest of your order is on the way. If you find that an item is listed on the packing slip/invoice but is not in the package that you received, do not throw the packaging materials away, as there may be 2 reasons the item is missing:
You can refer to the sample invoice below in order to understand how to fill out the request. Once you click on
the button "I am missing a part of my order," your email client will open an email with some fields in the body of the
email to fill out.
