+ Make a return request
Compuvest.com Policy & Agreement / Terms & Conditions
- Step 1: Read the Return Policy
- Before beginning the return process we STRONGLY advise you to read the Compuvest.com return
Policy.
New retail Items (sold in original retail boxes) are covered by the manufactures' warranty - they must be returned directly
to their manufacturer. Technical support
for many of the products sold by Compuvest.com is available from their manufacturers.
- Step 2: Check Your Return
- ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must
be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed in the event ANY items
included in the original shipment to you are not present in the returned package. Compuvest.com will NOT HONOR a return in
the event that an item is improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged.
- Step 3: Request an RMA online
- Fill out our form (available after you click "I Agree" button at the bottom of this page)
to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid RMA number.
RMA numbers will expire 14 days after the date of issue. Any return we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you.
- Step 4: Ship and Insure Your Return
- You MUST make sure the RMA number is visible on the shipping label on the returned package
(not on the retail box). We STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION,
in case the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with
"proof of delivery." Compuvest.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
You can check your RMA status
online.
If you have a question send an email to: returns@compuvest.com.

A Wall Street Journal survey found that the average age of computers in 1998 was 2,2 years, while in 2002 this number is
projected to be 3,3 years. This means that we use our computers 50% longer then we did just 5 years ago. We hope that
this new service will help our customers to increase reliability of the equipment purchased from CompuVest.
