- Terms of offer, price, and item descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Although we make every effort to assure accuracy in advertised price and description, we are still human - we reserve the right
to correct any advertising error at any time. The purchaser agrees that if the purchase is cancelled after the close of
business on the date that the credit card is charged, and there is no fault by Compuvest, a fifteen percent (15%)
fee may be charged at Compuvest's discretion. Retail products are supported by original manufacturer warranty.
Compuvest.com does not offer any sales advise or technical support - the customer assumes all responsibility for product
compatibility. The customer pays for all return shipping.
Compuvest.com reserves the right to honor or refuse services to anyone.
- CompuVest.com has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our company's commitment to privacy
of customer's information. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for all
CompuVest.com URL' s. We use your IP address to help to diagnose problems with our server and to administer our
Web site. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives CompuVest.com information on which areas
of our site are being visited. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that
while a user's session is tracked, the user will remain anonymous. Our site has an order form available. We collect
visitor's contact information (billing, shipping and email addresses), as well as financial information (bank account
or credit card numbers) with the purpose of processing and shipping orders as well as promoting company's specials
to our customers. We sometimes send promotional emails to our customers. These are sent to both existing customers
and prospects. "Prospects" are individuals whose information has been submitted to us by a third party with each
individual's prior authorization. Customers may opt-out of receiving future emails, faxes or promotional mails at any time.
CompuVest Corp. is Not Selling or Sharing Customer's Information to a Third Party in any form!
+ Shipping Policy
- At CompuVest Corp. discretion we reserve the rights to reject products after inspection
(i.e. physical damage or incomplete packaging)
- In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customers responsibility
to contact the carrier to start a damage claim immediately upon receiving CompuVest's notification. The
responsibility is between customer and carrier, not Compuvest Corp.
- Compuvest Corp. will only keep physically damaged returns for 10 weeks, after that
Compuvest Corp. will dispose of items locally without issuing credit or further notice.
- All International orders which are shipped via USPS and has successfully left United States
(as per USPS tracking information) Compuvest Corp. we will not be held responsible
for loss or damage of your purchase.
- Shipping times
- We ship our products from our warehouses in the United States, using UPS as our main delivery carrier.
USPS is used primarily for military APO and FPO addresses. We ship 98% of our daily orders on the same day.
However we do not offer the Same Day Delivery.

Second Day Air (Guaranteed by the end of the second business day)
Second Day Air A.M. (Guaranteed by noon of the second business day)
- 3-day select (Guaranteed within 3 business days) - cut off time 2 P.M. Pacific Time
- Ground - cut off time 4.30 P.M. Pacific Time. Please note that Ground residential delivery is not guaranteed
within a certain time frame.
- If you need the product to be shipped later than specified cut-off times, please contact CompuVest customer service
for special arrangments.
- The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside
of the continental USA.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays. You can determine the cost of your shipment either in
"Check Out" process or by using CompuVest shipping calculator. The system will automatically calculate cost of delivery
based on the method of delivery, weight of the product, destination state and a cost of insurance. We will contact you
if the actual price differs. If you need a different type of delivery, not listed above, please call us to make special
- Shipping delays

- If tracking information is available on the
Order Tracking page,
please visit the carrier's web site to determine the location of your package. Once the carrier has picked it up, the
travel time is out of our control. If the package has been delayed in transit due to unexpected conditions, a customer
needs to call the carrier for details (not the vendor, CompuVest). If you suspect the package was lost or delivered to
the wrong address, please email our

- If tracking information is not available on the
Order Tracking page, check:
- If you allowed at least one business day for CompuVest to process your order
- If you allowed another business day for the tracking information to be uploaded on CompuVest web site
- If your order was delayed due to billing address not matching with the credit card information (our customer
service contacts customers within one business day in those cases)
- If your order was delayed due to different billing and shipping addresses, and you did not supply a shipping
address to your credit card company
- If information provided on the order was incomplete (invalid address, phone number, email address, invalid card number)
- If you did not meet order processing and shipping
time (Placed an order on Friday evening by overnight and expected delivery on Monday, or something similar)
If you placed an order during a busy holiday season where in general one day delay is expected

+ Order Acceptance policy
Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation, automated or otherwise, does not signify
our acceptance of such order. CompuVest reserves the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our
sole discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order. We reserve
the right to require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order.
Price changes, Errors, and Omissions:
In the event that an incorrect price is listed due to typographical, informational, technical or other error,
CompuVest shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders
placed for that product with incorrectly listed price. CompuVest reserves the right to honor or refuse prices within
two days from the time of purchase. CompuVest reserves the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market
conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.
CompuVest always strives to make sure that the information presented online is accurate.
+ Return Policy
Compuvest.com must be informed of any problems and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, wrong product ordered)
within 7 business days from receipt of product, for CPU within 3 days from receipt of product -
fill out RMA form
and indicate in detail what the problem is, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE: Compuvest.com require that shipping damage or damaged product was received from Compuvest is reported within
48 HOURS of the product's delivery.
Shipping carrier can take up to 2 weeks to resolve any damaged shipping claim.
ITEMS SOLD AS NEW RETAIL WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BACK FOR AN EXACT ITEM EXCHANGE.
ANY EXCEPTIONS MADE TO THIS POLICY WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
NEW RETAIL PRODUCTS THAT WERE OPENED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK FOR REASONS
OF "INCOMPATIBILITY" OR "INCORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED".
IF THE ITEM YOU RETURNED AS "DEFECTIVE" IS NOT DEFECTIVE ACCORDING TO OUR TESTING,
WE WILL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, LESS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
WE EXAMINE EVERY ITEM RETURNED TO US AS "DEFECTIVE" AND TEST THE ITEM ACCORDING TO OUR PROCEDURES FOR THE ITEM.
IF, BASED ON OUR TESTING, THE ITEM MEETS THE MANUFACTURER'S OPERATING SPECIFICATIONS, THEN WE WILL IN OUR DISCRETION DETERMINE THAT THE
ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE.
IF THE ITEM YOU RETURNED AS "DEFECTIVE" IS NOT DEFECTIVE ACCORDING TO OUR TESTING, WE WILL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE
PRICE, LESS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES IF A RESTOCKING FEE IS CHARGED.
IF THE ITEM TESTS AS DEFECTIVE WE WILL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE AND SHIPPING FEES (FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS AFTER
PURCHASE, OR THE FIRST 7 DAYS IN THE CASE OF CPU'S) OR PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT ITEM, IF THE ITEM IS STILL IN STOCK AND YOU CHOSE TO TAKE
A REPLACEMENT. FOLLOWING THE FIRST THIRTY DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM FOR THE BALANCE OF
THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND REFUND YOUR SHIPPING FEES. IF THE IDENTICAL ITEM IS NO LONGER IN STOCK WE WILL PROVIDE AN EQUIVALENT OR BETTER
ITEM (IN OUR DISCRETION) OR ISSUE A STORE CREDIT.

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED?
IF OUR RECORD OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION INDICATES THAT THE PRODUCT THAT YOU RECEIVED IS INDEED THE ITEM THAT
YOU ORDERED, WE WILL ACCEPT THE ITEM AS A RETURN AND CREDIT YOU WITH YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, LESS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. WE WILL NOT REFUND
THE SHIPPING FEES EITHER TO OR FROM YOU THE CUSTOMER.
IF THE ITEM IS NOT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED, AS REFLECTED BY YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION, WE WILL THEN PROVIDE A
REPLACEMENT CONSISTING OF THE PRODUCT YOU DID ORDER (IF IDENTICAL ITEM IS STILL IN STOCK) OR A REFUND, INCLUDING SHIPPING FEES.

If you believe a new item you receive is defective, please notify the
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA number is valid for 14 days (product must be received
by Compuvest.com within 14 days of receipt of RMA).Otherwise warranty for product will be voided.
Customer is responsible for :
matching serial numbers to the invoice; proper packaging of the returned product; all shipping charges to return the product to Compuvest.com.
keeping/ensuring time-frames of RMA and Warranty periods; ensuring all accessories are returned with product; providing return
reason and detailed description of the problem.
insuring RMA number is visible on the shipping label (on shipping label only, do not write on the retail box).
Customer is advised to use carrier with tracking capability, as sender (customer) is fully responsible for shipping the (returned) package.
No refunds will be made after 30 days from date of invoice. Warranty replacement or store credit still remains in effect. No Exceptions.
Store credit valid only 90 days from date of issued.
Refund cannot be greater than the item's original purchase price.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund (UNLESS THE PRODUCT, IN OUR DISCRETION AND BASED ON OUR TESTING,
AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IS DEFECTIVE OR THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED, BASED ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION).
Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where restocking fee applies.
Customer has the option of receiving the product back at the customer's expense. The customer must notify us of that option in RMA letter.
Typically returns are processed by the RMA department within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Processing time may vary
for different products. The return status may be checked online.
reserves the right to make a decision based on test results, whether to replace, repair (by sending it to the
manufacturer), or to refund, store credit in accordance with our return policy.
In case of exchange/replacement, the original warranty period transfers to the exchanged/replaced item.

Processors (CPUs) Return Policy
Return for refund within: 7 days from receipt of product
Return for replacement within: 30 days
This is our Detailed Processor (CPU) Return Policy. Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned to Compuvest.com.
CPUs must be returned within 7 days from date of invoice for refund. All refunds on CPUs are made at current market value.
Opened retail CPUs may not be returned back under any circumstances - must be sent directly to the manufacturer. No exceptions
All bulk CPUs (non-retail packaging) hold 30 days warranty for replacement with Compuvest.com and not be extended. No exceptions
Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are
considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper
handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
Compuvest.com encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve
an installation problem and may void your Compuvest.com return policy. Buyers requesting a refund may have to pay a 15% restocking fee.
Compuvest.com wills not cross-ship replacement CPUs.

Tapes, Blank Media (CDs, DVDs, Video/Audio tapes) will only be accepted in original, sealed and unopened
packaging. All opened product mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. No Exceptions.
have 30 days warranty only. Defective printer cartridges must be returned back to Compuvest.com within
30 days from the date of invoice.
have 30 days DOA warranty only. Defective batteries must be returned back to Compuvest.com within 30 days
from date of invoice.
Software and Software licenses
will only be accepted in the original, sealed and unopened packaging. No opened Retail software
will be accepted back. OEM Software is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM version software is intended for system
builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms
and conditions of the System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. Compuvest.com is not
responsible for any Software incompatibility and/or support. Software incompatibility does not qualify software as damaged or defective.
Electronically delivered (emailed) license is non-returnable and non-refundable as well.
LCD Monitor Limited Return Policy
Compuvest.com sells many products such as Notebooks and Monitors that feature LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screens. Compuvest.com adheres
to the dead-pixel policy that is observed by the majority of our manufacturers. In order to declare any product with an LCD screen "defective"
and eligible for replacement or refund through any applicable Compuvest.com Return Policy, there must be a minimum of 8 (eight) dead LCD pixels.
Desktop PC, Notebook,
and Tablet PC Return Policy A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be
repaired or replaced at Compuvest.com discretion, unless otherwise required by law. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for
these types of items; however, in some situations the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately Compuvest.com cannot
expedite the RMA repair process in these situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer's established processing time.
If a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC is returned for a replacement, but no problems are found, the Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC will be returned
at your (the buyer's) expense. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC and must agree to this policy
before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
Cisco products. All Sales of Cisco Authorized Refurbished Equipment are FINAL. No returns for credit.
Any non-working equipment that is still under warranty will be replaced by Cisco Systems.
ANY EXCEPTION FROM OUR POLICY IT IS SUBJECT A RESTOCKING FEE 20%.
+ Discrepancy & Shipping damage
Compuvest is not responsible for providing a specific delivery service to receiver's area if it cannot be provided by a designated carrier.
We agree to file any damage claim immediately with its designated shipping carrier.
Any incorrect or missing item in the shipment received by Purchaser must be reported to our customer service
within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receiving the products.
After carrier processes the claim and we receive documentation confirming that the claim is not denied, we can proceed with the
refund or sending a replacement (carrier may request a damage evaluation of the original package in order to proceed with the claim).
Purchaser can check the status of the claim by calling either to the carrier and providing the tracking number (can be obtained from our
web-site) or to CompuVest customer service.

Prices are good within two days from the time of the order.
Price are subject to change without notice.
+ Price Changes, Errors, and Omissions

- These products come with a 180- day warranty with Compuvest.com that may not be extended.
- These products are covered by a 45-day warranty
- These products are covered by a 30-day warranty There is no extended warranty on close out or refurbished and used items.
- NO WARRANTY for any product with:
- Warranty sticker and/or serial number removed by customer.
- Physically abused (as described in return policy); any open software (Retail and OEM); missing accessories; rebate taken off and/or registered.
- There is no extended warranty on close out or refurbished items.
+ Advanced Replacement / CROSS-SHIP
- Compuvest.com offers advanced replacement for RMA returns only under the following conditions:
- Customer must purchase the replacement item.
- Customer must pay for shipping of replaced item (non-refundable).
- Replacement item must be of identical model, must be in stock and available to ship.
- Return shipping cost - sole responsibility of the customer.
- No Advanced Replacement / Cross-shipping for items purchased beyond 30 days of invoice.
- Please note that our Return Policy applies to all returns.
